Cnc Levers Help

Post by H2O » Sun Sep 17, 2017 9:26 pm

I have been looking for a while now for a set of The Oem Cnc levers for the Nuda without success. With this in Mind I thought I might try a different idea. Does anyone either have a Pair Brake and Clutch that they could either Lend me with a Hefty Deposit ...so you know i Will return them ! or does anyone have detailed drawings of them they could Pdf to me ? Im in London England and would gladly pay postage etc. If all goes well maybe I could produce a few if The interest was there and was cost effective. All ideas open. Or if anyone has a better idea please pm or discuss. Many thanks in advance.

Hello
The CNC levers are about as hard to find as a new Nuda
Being in the uk you may get a member willing to lend you a set providing you have the knowledge and facilities to reproduce
this is something they will have to decide good luck you may please a lot of members if you can do this ;)

Well lets keep Our fingers crossed about someone willing. If you break anything down into bite size chunks its not impossible ...well thats the way i see it anyway. Thanks for the reply, I don't mind helping others after all thats what its all about may take some time but all good things come to those that wait.

Or if someone could have it 3D scanned, you wouldn't need shipping etc.
Also, these drawings can be used directly for CNC manufacturing.

I'd be interested, depending on costs.
I hereby swear to almighty Goddess Nuda that I will ride her as hard as I can and have all things needed to keep her running in peak form taking me to new heights everyday. Amen.

I recently had to replace a bent front brake lever.

I used the Pazzo Racing web site to see what other bikes use the same lever. Instead of paying $A230.45 here in Australia for a new one, I bought a Ducati Hypermotard one on eBay for $A38.96 instead.

http://www.pazzoracing.com/guide.html
Nuda 900/R 2011-2013 (D-01/B-8)
Brake: D-01
Clutch: B-8
---------------
D-01 Brake Lever:
Ducati Hypermotard 821, 939, 1100

KTM
Super Adventure 1290 S/T/R
1190 Adventure/R
990 SMR/SMT

Finding information about Nuda levers will be impossible, but there be a lot more info out there for Hypermotard and KTM levers.
